Ministries

GROW DEEP. LIVE SENT.

WE DON'T JUST ATTEND CHURCH. WE BECOME THE CHURCH.

Following Jesus was never meant to be a solo journey. At The Outpost, we believe discipleship happens as we open God's Word, share life together, serve one another, and carry the hope of Jesus into our homes and community.

Our Approach

FAMILY BEFORE PROGRAMS. We aren't trying to build a calendar full of activities or create another place where people stay in their own circles. We're building a church family. That means learning Scripture together, praying for one another, carrying each other's burdens, celebrating God's faithfulness, and helping one another become more like Jesus. Ministries are not the destination. Making disciples is the mission. Every ministry at The Outpost should help people know Christ, grow in truth, live in community, and serve with purpose.

OUTPOST MEN

OUTPOST MEN

MEN WHO FOLLOW JESUS. MEN WHO LEAD WITH INTEGRITY.

e want to see men grounded in God's Word, shaped by the character of Christ, faithful in their homes, and courageous in their calling.

Biblical manhood isn't about ego, image, or pretending to have everything together. It's about humility, repentance, responsibility, sacrifice, and a life surrendered to Jesus.

Our vision is to build men who sharpen one another, lead their families with love, serve the church faithfully, and invest in the next generation.

OUTPOST WOMEN

OUTPOST WOMEN

WOMEN ROOTED IN TRUTH. STRONG IN FAITH.

We want women to grow in their knowledge of Scripture, deepen their relationship with Jesus, encourage one another, and use their God-given gifts to build up the church.

Every woman has value, purpose, and a place in the life of God's people. We want to cultivate meaningful relationships where women can grow in wisdom, find encouragement through every season of life, and help other women follow Jesus.

OUTPOST STUDENTS

RAISING A GENERATION THAT KNOWS JESUS.

Our young people don't need a watered-down version of Christianity. They need the truth of God's Word, authentic examples of faith, a church family that knows them, and the confidence to follow Jesus in a world that pulls them in every direction.

Our heart is to help students understand the gospel, develop biblical convictions, ask honest questions, build healthy relationships, and become disciples who make disciples.

We don't want young people simply to inherit their parents' faith. We want them to know Jesus personally and build their lives on His truth.

OUTPOST KIDS & FAMILY

FAITH THAT STARTS AT HOME AND GROWS THROUGH GENERATIONS.

Parents are called to make the truth of God part of everyday life. The church comes alongside families to encourage, equip, and support that calling.

We want children to learn who God is, understand the good news of Jesus, see what genuine faith looks like, and grow surrounded by people who love them and point them toward Christ.

Our goal is not simply to keep children busy. It's to help families build lives around Jesus and pass a living faith to the next generation.

OUTPOST OUTREACH

A CHURCH THAT SHOWS UP.

The church was never meant to exist only inside a building. We are called to love our neighbors, serve those in need, care for the overlooked, and make the name of Jesus known through both our words and our actions.

We want The Outpost to be a church that Guntersville can count on—not because we seek recognition, but because Christ has called us to love people faithfully.

From meeting practical needs to serving alongside one another, our desire is to put the gospel into action wherever God gives us an opportunity.

OUTPOST PRAYER

KNOWN. PRAYED FOR. WALKING TOGETHER.

We believe spiritual growth happens when people are willing to walk together in truth and love.

That means praying for one another, studying Scripture, confessing sin, encouraging obedience, celebrating victories, and standing together in difficult seasons.

We don't want people to slip into a room, attend a service, and leave without being known. We want to cultivate a culture where people are welcomed, relationships grow naturally, and no one has to pretend to be perfect.

You don't have to have it all together to belong here. You just need to be willing to take your next step toward Jesus.

THERE'S A PLACE FOR YOU IN THE FAMILY.

Whether you're exploring faith, returning to church, raising a family, or looking for a community that takes Scripture seriously, we'd love to meet you. You don't have to figure everything out before you walk through the door. Come as you are, bring your questions, and take the next step with us.
